Burnt in Brighton

Brighton for the Weekend!

Finally my first trip out of London since I've been here. We picked an awesome day to head down there too as the sun was out all day without barely a cloud to be seen. We checked out the famous Brighton Pier which was quite unusual. I've never seen an amusement park suspended over water before, was really weird. We grabbed a couple of deck chairs and just chilled in the sun for about 3 hours. Probably not a good idea as we all got fairly sunburnt! I didn't realise that the British sun capable of sunburn. Oh well, we all found out the hard way. As I was the only one who didn't fall asleep I wasn't burnt as bad as the girls.

After a nice relaxing session on the pier we went for a bit of an explore around Brighton and came across this building that looked like it should have been in India or Asia somewhere; it looked really out of place in Brighton. We then returned to the 'beach' for a while and lay on the PEBBLES. Beaches with rocks instead of sand suck!
